TAPALAPA: Boy 'Sengfurr', leadership is ever known to be a moral act and failure to  adhere to this basic guiding principle could be consequential. 

SENGFURR: How?

TAPALAPA: Like seriously! You're asking me how?

SENGFURR: Ohh Yes!!!

TAPALAPA: Don't you know that the examples shown by leaders both in their actions and words must be morally guided. In fact,  how often do you hear people saying that leadership is  leading by example? 

SENGFURR: Ah boy! it's as frequent as the Gambia and road accidents.

TAPALAPA: Now you're speaking. Then, you must have misplaced your thoughtul lense. 

SENGFURR: Nkooo, baymaaa!

TAPALAPA: The question that is sinking in me must be overflowing in other's heart.

SENGFURR: Eh, how and which question?

TAPALAPA: Boy the question is simple but pregnant.
