President Adama Barrow Betrays  No Individual or Political Party

His Excellency Adama Barrow, President of The Republic of The Gambia, betrays no Political Party or individual as believed by most Gambians. Rather, he believes in his leadership,  initiatives and policies  staged  to improve lives and livelihood for Gambians without discrimination. Yes! The Barrow Administration believes that it has the human resource capacity to provide necessary and timely services to Communities ( Rural and Urban) in exchanged for their unalloyed, patriotism through taxpayment, allegiance to the laws of the state,  and most importantly on the simple basis of being Gambian Citizens. What would this services be? This could be: supply of Water and Electricity, Security, Infrastructural developments in both recreational and social amenities ETC.

Arguably, the capacity is there as uphold by many. Now,  the 'Trillion Dollar' question is, with the high capacity and expertise, has the Barrow Administration succeeded in offering  necessary services to Gambian Citizens regardless of where they live? Well, I cannot answer this question for any Gambian. I'm entitled to opinion. My opinion may however be dressed in the same attire with many other Gambians. It could equally be contrary to most.

With the Barrow Administration ageing to five years since elected into office, Gambian Citizens ( who maybe individuals from diverse Political Parties) arguably continue to face  problems of limited infrastructural development, limited and unreliable electricity supply, limited and poor water supply, crawling health sector, increased insecurity ( land disputes, crimes, thefts, hunger), and a crying education sector amongst other headaches like corruption, nepotism, bribery and  incompetency. Contrary to my perspective, which I am democratically conveying; some fraction amongst the citizens uphold the view that Barrow Administration has done a lot of for the GAMBIA in area of national development through systematic delivery of services which are lives and livelihood improving.

Like a friend puts " the only logic for the re-election of a particular leader is his successes and achievements registered during the past tenure". This is to say,  the first assurance that you get from the population is through the  works you have done. Your works often speak for you. For example,  Mr Barrow's first term  will  surely guarantee him for a second term. His works will speak for him. Arguably, most Gambians are with the view that The Barrow Administration has done little or nothing to get remove them from the hardships that they have been facing. In fact, some even believe that Barrow hasn't laid any foundation for the presidents to-be. This view is unlike what fans and supporters of the President hold. They are with the view that in the history of The Gambia, Barrow is the best President. 

What Gambians must know is, Leadership is based on competency, seconded by creativity. The competency and creativity of aspiring presidential candidates must be measured and cleverly checked before electing into office. For reigning presidents who wish to seek for reflection, their achievements and successes in the delivery of service to citizens regardless of where they live, must be looked into, to serve as a determinant for their re-election. This is the only sustainable way of tracking in competent individuals into office.

Arguably, if The Barrow Administration did little in providing citizens with the necessary  mandatory services and previleges they deserve to enjoy,  then that is a proof for general weakness and impotency which must not be exchanged for "a precious second term". Infact, it could even be called a betrayal to Individuals and Political Parties though, opposed to the topic of the write-up because the individuals from the different Political Parties are citizens who deserve to enjoy the compulsory services and previleges that the sitting government must provide. 

However in my perspective as the writer, If His Admiration delivers   inefficient services to the citizens, it means a betrayal to his Administration because the services you offer to the citizens without discrimination is what enable them to have confidence and trust to revote you into office.  This is however applicable to any Leadership.

" He who delivers poor services gets poor support, trust and confidence- Comrade. In this case, he/she will get little or no vote..
